Here is a Tom's perfect roast with
Colombia Organic Don Telmo Reserve
Bourbon - Royal NY.
This was a 2 pound roast.
Temp was between 500 degrees & 525
degrees during the whole roast
first crack was heard at 11:30 into the
roast
was hitting first crack consistently at
12:55 not too slow or too fast
16:15 minutes the start of second crack
popping into a FULL second crack
(rolling) while I was dumping my beans
into the cooling tray.
A good Full City with no oils. Just the
way I like my coffee.
