I really am really interested in roasting beans as a hobby and want to go the drum route. Any suggestion on models or what I should look for in one?

Charbroil makes a nice grill for 119. the also have more upscale charbroil grill, but this one will due for fair weather roasting, If you live in a very cold climet I would suggest on that has an outpur of 45K
Wal=Mart has a Brinkman on sale now for 177 its a nice grill

I just bought a Brinkmann at Walmart for $177 along with a charbroil rotisserie. It has plenty of heat and seems to work well. The stock thermometer was off 150 degrees, otherwise it is good. It was easy to put together. Don’t over tighten any of the sheet metal type screws. I bought several thermometers from Tel-Tru.
