Hello. Does anyone have any experience navigating the regulatory process in New York. I am new to roasting and new to roasting with the RK Drum. Our plan was to start by enjoying freshly roasted coffee at home with hopes of selling on a small scale after refining our skills a bit. After researching the licensing requirements and talking to an inspector from Ag and Markets it seems that this may not be a real possibility. Any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
