You are absolutely correct on the difference with the latch! We have done about 50 roasts now with the latch and it is awesome. If any RK Drum user is still using the chain they are CRAZY and don’t know what they are missing. I wish I would have gotten it a long time ago. We are still considering the larger drum and you will be the first to know when we are ready.
