Buying Advice:
Used to replace the built in thermometer. This is highly recommended as the built-in thermometer can be highly inaccurate. Recommended to be installed at drum level at the center of the grill. Alternatively additional thermometers can be installed at varying locations along the drum to more precisely balance the temperature and improve roast consistency.
