Dear Folks,
I check in once in a while, and thought I would give you an update. I bought a RK roasting drum, I think in 2007. It had a #7 hand etched into the side, so I always assumed that it was the seventh one sold. It sits outside all year here in Wyoming, sometimes covered with ice and snow, and has never had any kind of issue. It produces the best roasted coffee ever, and after 11 years I am happy as ever. In a world with so much planned obsolesce, I love having something that is “built to last”. I feel as though I should buy a new one just to support your company. Thank You!
